Precompetitive Program
Whitby Swimming's Precompetitive Program is designed to teach the core skills required for competitive swimming. Swimmers will learn the fundamentals of each competitive swimming stroke (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly), dives, turns and how competitive swimming practices and swim meets are structured. This is a fun and rewarding introduction to the sport.
Please note that our Precompetitive Program is not a replacement for swimming lessons and is not a "learn to swim" program. Space in the program is very limited and placement within the program is not guaranteed.
